Ecolab Inc. announced it was named a "Best Enterprise in Delivering
Corporate Social Responsibility in China in 2010" at the China Business
News' 2010 China Corporate Social Responsibility award ceremony held on
December 8, 2010 in Shanghai, China. Ecolab was among 23 leading
companies to receive the corporate social responsibility best practice
award. Winners were selected through a comprehensive 6-month evaluation
process, including surveys, interviews and expert committee assessments.
The expert committee was composed of leading China economics research
institutions, business media, government officials and an independent
global certification foundation.
