ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct 14, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Ecolab Inc. announced today that it has acquired the ISS pest
elimination business in the UK. Sales of the acquired business are
currently £4 million (approximately $6 million). The business operations
and staff will be integrated with Ecolab's existing UK Pest Elimination
business. No further details were disclosed.
Douglas M. Baker, Jr., Ecolab's Chairman, President and Chief Executive
