with the Chinese government regarding Ecolab expanding its presence in
China by establishing a China Holding Company / Regional Headquarters in
Shanghai, P.R. China. Ecolab committed to making incremental investments
of US$30,000,000 in China, with additional investment to follow as the
business expands.
