Qualifications – Mr. Doukeris brings extensive global executive experience in the beverage industry, with a proven track record in managing large, complex operations and advancing sustainability initiatives.
Biography – Chief Executive Officer of AB InBev, a global beverage and brewing company.
Mr. Doukeris has served as Chief Executive Officer of AB InBev since 2021, where he leads the world’s largest brewer in its purpose to create a future with more cheers. He joined AB InBev in 1996 and held various commercial and operational roles across Latin America, Asia, and North America. Before his appointment as CEO, Mr. Doukeris served as the President of North America and the Global Chief Sales Officer, where he drove significant growth and operational efficiency.
Mr. Doukeris earned a Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering) from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil) and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil). He has also completed post-graduate programs in Marketing and Marketing Strategy at the Kellogg School of Management (USA) and Wharton Business School (USA).
Other directorships held during the past five years – As an integral part of his role as CEO of AB InBev, Mr. Doukeris serves on the Boards of Ambev S.A. and Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited.
