SHANGHAI, China, October 22, 2008 - Ecolab China today introduced its Ecolab Total Hygiene Management (ETHM) solution for China's brewery, beverage, dairy and food processing markets at the China International Brew & Beverage Processing Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CBB). Ecolab China also announced a new program for professionals, Food Safety Professional Support (FSPS), which has been modeled after the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) food safety program used in the United States.
The CBB takes place October 20 to 23 in Beijing and is considered the most important and influential biennial exhibition in Asia Pacific. The CBB has established itself as a major professional platform for brewery and beverage processing and equipment manufactures worldwide, providing an excellent opportunity to introduce new products and technologies designed for breweries, beverage and other liquid food manufactures.
