Ecolab (NYSE: ECL) and China's State Food and Drug Administration
Institute for Executive Development (SFDAIED) are again partnering to
conduct food safety training that aligns with the recent introduction of
China's five-year food safety plan and reaches workers within the
country's food service industry.
Food safety experts from Ecolab and SFDAIED are together conducting food
safety training for large, state-owned restaurants and food service
providers throughout the cities of Beijing, Wuhan and Baise to
strengthen operational standards, promote proper food safety practices
and increase public awareness of the importance of food safety.

The food service industry training program focuses on several key areas
of food safety, including personal hygiene, proper equipment and
facility operation, cleaning and disinfecting processes and pest control

The SFDAIED is directly under the State Food
and Drug Administration Bureau providing education and training related
services to food and drug regulatory authorities and to professional
education and training institutions. The organization is mainly
responsible for the oversight of education and training planning, the

educational research, and international exchanges. The SFDAIED has
